About Us

Gaithersburg Garage Door was founded by the current president of the company, Peter Giglio. Peter grew up in the business having started installing doors for his father at the age of 16. When he started his own business it was a one man show. Peter built this business on service and by Gods grace it grew to what it is today with fifteen employees and ten trucks.

Peter Jr.also works for the company having started in the shop, then became an installer for four years and is now on the management team.  

We like to say we are large enough to handle any job but small enough to give each customer the time and attention they need and deserve. We don't pass the buck around here. A customer can reach Peter Sr., the president of the company any time they feel they need to go right to the top.

All our technicians are hourly employees. They wear our uniforms and drive our trucks. We don't use sub-contractors.
